In short, yes. These indictments are nothing but election meddling.
Nothing you have been told about Trump has been true. Let’s recap nothing but facts and leave speculation at the door.
Facts
Trump has the right to keep his records under the PRESIDENTIAL RECORDS ACT. That means that any “classified documents” he was in possession of were his to keep by law.
January 6th was a protest that was organized to bring attention to election fraud and demand a RECOUNT, not an insurrection.
Trump repeatedly made statements to be peaceful and respect law and order.
I am asking for everyone at the U.S. Capitol to remain peaceful. No violence! Remember, WE are the Party of Law & Order โ respect the Law and our great men and women in Blue. Thank you!

Please support our Capitol Police and Law Enforcement. They are truly on the side of our Country. Stay peaceful!

President Trump released a video telling protestors to “go home”, denounced violence and called for a “smooth transition of power”. Twitter promptly banned his account to hide the evidence, and every mainstream outlet pretended that he “incited violence” because big tech helped create the narrative. However, now that Elon Musk bought Twitter and reinstated Donald Trump’s account, we can all see the truth for ourselves.

The only people who died at the Capitol on January 6th were unarmed protestors like Ashlee Babbitt, who were brutally killed by Capitol police officers. Protestors weren’t armed insurrectionists, they were angry Americans who wanted to make sure their votes counted. The media and big tech did everything they could to prevent that.
Conclusion
This avalanche of indictments is all based on zero predication and evidence. Hearsay and libel is what will occur over the course of the next few years. The crooked establishment will drag the cases out as long as humanly possible in order to harm the President’s reputation in the upcoming election. Because it’s not about making the charges stick, it’s just about being able to point their finger and say “he’s been charged with 900 felonies”. It’s about using gag orders to stop Trump’s campaigning. Well, nobody is falling for it.
