The junior high and middle school members of Dominate Club Wrestling showcased their skills at the Arizona Jr. High/Middle School State Championships, finishing seventh out of 74 teams.

Walden Grove Red Wolves Baseball Camp
The Walden Grove Red Wolves baseball team organized a youth baseball camp on Jan. 20, providing young players with valuable instruction from WGHS Coach Bobby Rosthenhausler and the coaching staff. The Sahuarita Sidewinders were among the participants, and Walden Grove players contributed to baseball evaluations for Copper Hills Little League.
Sahuarita Softball Alum Heads to Division I
Sahuarita High School alum Mallory Zylinski-Wrobel, currently a sophomore at Pima Community College, has signed a letter of intent to play softball at the Division I level for the University of Texas at El Paso in Conference USA.
Sahuarita Stingrays Swimmer Sets Record
Logan Short, a Sahuarita Stingrays swimmer, achieved the 11-12 boys Stingray record for the 500-yard free with an impressive time of 5:47.72.

Members of the Sahuarita High School basketball and soccer teams visited Wrightson Ridge School, actively participating in classrooms, reading books to students, and engaging in sports activities, emphasizing the importance of teamwork.
Sahuarita Sidewinders Cornhole Tournament Fundraiser
The Sahuarita Sidewinders youth baseball team is organizing a fundraising cornhole tournament at Triple Play on Feb. 3 at 1 p.m., with registration starting at 12:30 p.m. The cost is $10 per person.
